21st May

Calling all Voluntary Organisations, Charities, Faith Groups and Businesses – especially if you’re interested in the Performing & Creative Arts

We would like to invite you to our Open Day on Saturday 16th November, 2013 from 10.00am – 4.00pm.  This will give you the chance to see the facilities we can offer you & your group, as well as to experience the unique ambience of The Old Mill Centre, first-hand.

The Old Mill Centre offers an opportunity to step away from the chaos of modern living, providing space for you to rest, recuperate and reconnect.

With seven bedrooms, it provides high quality residential accommodation for up to 20 people.  The centre can also accommodate 50-60 people non-residentially.

Voluntary Organisations, Charities, Performing and Creative Arts groups
Specialist facilities include the Nigel Cole Studio Theatre, an inspirational space in which your group can make music, have freedom to move around and really tap into the stimulating environment.  This is especially useful for rehearsals, arts and craft projects, youth group activities or training courses and meetings.

Faith Groups
Drawing on the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside, The Old Mill Centre provides the perfect setting for reflection and prayer.  The David Sutcliffe Quiet Room may be of particular interest for those wishing to engage in self-reflection and meditation

Business Use
The Old Mill Centre also offers an ideal place to get clarity and perspective, providing a stimulating environment away from the day-to-day pressures of office life.  The facilities and space are ideal for team away days, training courses, meetings and conferences, providing staging and seating for 50-60 people non-residentially.  Your group can have free rein of the entire centre, with access to Wi-Fi facilities and audio visual equipment.
