22nd September

A networking opportunity to be seized by performing & creative artists is planned for November.  This event is set to inspire stimulating conversation about creative projects in the Richmondshire community.

In collaboration with Richmondshire District Council, Arts for Change will be launched by its founder, former High Sheriff Tom Ramsden, between 11.30am- 2pm on Wednesday 11th November in the studio theatre of The Old Mill Centre in Skeeby, Richmond.  Inspiring arts at the heart of North Yorkshire’s well-being, this new fund is a source of financial support that impacts on small-scale grassroots community and arts organisations.

This opportunity for like-minded performing & creative artists to connect in the relaxed, inspiring setting of The Old Mill Centre is one to be grasped.  Ideal for holding residential or non-residential creative workshops & courses, this unique local venue will also be fully open for viewing.  Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.

Free places for the event should be booked in advance by contacting Jo-Anne Simpson on 01748 901 045, by email jo-anne.simpson@richmondshire.gov.uk or at https://www.facebook.com/events/480312735468614/
