Alexander Technique Courses

The Alexander Technique helps the individual to identify and prevent the harmful postural habits that aggravate, or may be the cause of stress, pain and under-performance. How to release tension and rediscover balance of mind and body are the positive outcomes of learning the technique.

With increased awareness the individual can: be poised without stiffness, move gracefully without effort, be alert and focused with less strain, breathe and speak more easily and be calm and confident.

Tuition can be given to groups at The Old Mill Centre or individual lessons can be arranged at a studio in Skeeby.

The length of the course will be designed to suit the needs of the individual or group, with the following options:

  • 2 hour taster session
